Preparing Your Foundry Account for Deactivation

Learn the steps needed to prepare your account for deactivation 

If you are ending your partnership with Everfi, please follow the directions below to ensure you have access to historical data after the contract end date.

If you would like to deactivate your account, there are some steps you'll need to take to prepare for deactivation. The following videos will outline the steps you need to take before contacting Support to turn off your account.

Caution: once your contract ends, Everfi will not maintain or preserve any account history.

You'll need to download the following two pieces of information:

Elective Learning Activity Summary 

  1. Log in to your Foundry Admin account
  2.  Go to Insights > Reports
  3. Go to Elective Learning Activity Summary
  4. Set Filters to “All”
  5. Click on Download Report on the top right

User Report

  1. Log in to your Foundry Admin account
  2. Insights > Reports
  3.  Go to User Report
  4. Set Date Range Filter to “Last X Years”.  Setting filter to include all program years. 
  5. Set all other Filters to “All”
  6.  Click on Download Report on the top right
