Stay up to date with the latest improvements to the Everfi platform and content. Here’s what changed in July, August, and September 2025.
July 2025
Platform Updates
New Control for Reminder Emails
We’ve added a behind-the-scenes setting that allows Everfi team members to turn off “Remind Me” emails for specific organizations. These emails are still on by default. If you'd like to explore this option, reach out to your Everfi representative.
Edit Incentives After Launch
Admins can now make changes to incentives even after they’ve started. That means they can fix titles, links, plain text, and end dates—just not the start date. A new screen to make these edits is coming soon.
Navigation and Tracking Fixes
- The Help link is back where it belongs
- Playlist images now look right even if they’re not perfect squares
- Tracking for logged-in users is now more reliable
Platform Enhancements
- New “Home” button in the left-hand menu for quicker access
- Clearer language in the Marketing Toolkits section
- Improvements to Tag Manager and user management tools
Content Updates
Improved Spanish Translations
We refreshed Spanish-language content across 99 Achieve modules and articles. These updates improve clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance. Translations for Pathways, tools, wrap-up modules, and calculators are coming soon.
Looking Ahead
This release improves platform stability and expands content access. We’re preparing to launch a new Homeownership Pathway featuring tools and guidance for buying or refinancing a home, plus adding three new videos to earlier Pathways to boost engagement and learning.

Platform Updates
Easier Incentive Edits for Admins
Admins can now update active incentives—adjust the name, message, link, or end date without starting over.
Help Link Added
A Help link now appears in the bottom-left corner of the screen for quick access to support.

Release 25.15
This release introduced live incentive edit options for admins, backend bug fixes, and the ability for admins to request adjustments to the "Remind Me" feature for their organization.
Request an Adjustment to Your Organization's "Remind Me" Feature
Admins can now work with their Everfi team member to request to disable the "Remind Me" feature. Reach out to your Customer Success Representative if you are interested in learning more.
Content Updates
New Pathway: Preparing for Homeownership
This new Pathway helps learners get ready to buy a home. It includes lessons on budgeting, credit, and mortgages, plus tools like a readiness quiz and mortgage calculator. A refinancing calculator is also included.
New “Talking About” Videos
We added short video podcasts to three Pathways:
- Talking About Paying Off Debt
- Talking About Building an Emergency Fund
- Talking About Budgeting for a Surplus
These videos feature real conversations that make financial topics more relatable.
New Article: How AI Is Changing Money Management
We’ve added a new article called AI in Personal Finance. It explains how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used to help people make smarter money decisions. It’s a quick read that gives you a peek into the future of finance.
