Q3 2026 Platform And Content Release Notes

Release 2026.17 – September 22, 2026 

This release includes improvements that give administrators more control over playlist visibility and make workshop management easier. We've also delivered ongoing platform maintenance, usability improvements, and reliability updates to support a more consistent experience for learners and administrators.

More Control Over Custom Playlist Visibility

Organizations can now better manage how custom playlists are shared with learners. Customer administrators can now mark custom playlists as private when creating or editing a playlist. Private playlists remain accessible through a direct link but are hidden from learner discovery experiences.

This provides greater flexibility when creating targeted learning experiences for specific audiences while helping reduce confusion caused by playlists that are not intended for broad visibility.

Improved Workshop Management Experience

We've improved how workshop content is displayed for administrators managing workshops within their organization. Workshop listings now more accurately reflect the content associated with your organization, making it easier to locate and manage the workshops that are relevant to your learners and programs.

Additional Improvements

This release also includes platform maintenance, usability enhancements, bug fixes, and reliability improvements that support future functionality and help provide a more consistent platform experience.

Release 2026.16 – September 9, 2026 

Multi-Language Support for Workshop Titles and Descriptions

Organizations that offer workshops to multilingual audiences via Engage can now provide workshop titles and descriptions in multiple languages. When creating or editing a workshop, administrators can enter localized content so participants see workshop information that aligns with their language preferences.

This enhancement helps create a more accessible and user-friendly experience for participants while reducing the need to manage separate workshops for different language audiences. It also gives administrators greater flexibility when delivering workshops across diverse communities and regions.

Release 2026.15 – August 26, 2026 

This release includes enhancements that support multilingual learning experiences and strengthen registration compliance. We've also delivered ongoing accessibility, usability, and platform improvements designed to create a more seamless experience for learners and administrators.

Enhanced Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Acknowledgement

We're improving the registration process by making legal agreement acknowledgement more transparent and consistent for self-registering learners. Users are now prompted to review and accept the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before completing account creation, helping organizations support compliance requirements while providing greater visibility into the policies that govern platform use.

Easier Language Switching Within Custom Learning Experiences

Organizations delivering multilingual learning experiences can now provide learners with a more streamlined way to access content in another supported language. This enhancement simplifies navigation between language versions of learning experiences, helping create a smoother and more accessible experience for diverse learner populations.

Updates to content organization help create a more consistent experience when navigating and locating information across the platform. These improvements make it easier for users to find relevant content and access information more efficiently.

Achieve Registration and Incentive Management Enhancements

We've made several improvements to registration and incentive management workflows, including enhancements to new user sign-in experiences and registration configuration options. These updates help create a smoother participant experience while providing administrators with greater flexibility when managing programs and incentives.

This release includes an update to how workshop details are presented in Engage, focused on helping facilitators and learners better understand what to expect before and during a session.

Learners and facilitators may notice that workshop duration is now displayed within workshop details. This change is designed to provide clearer visibility into how long a session will take and improve consistency in how workshop information is presented across Engage experiences.

This update affects only how workshop information is displayed and does not change workshop content, completion requirements, or administrative workflows.
