If you see the error “The status code of the Response was not Success, was Responder” during SSO, it usually means your identity provider is AD FS and there is a configuration issue in the relying party trust for Foundry. To resolve this, open the relying party trust for Foundry in AD FS and confirm that the Everfi signing certificate is uploaded under the Signature tab.
