Everfi’s Tag Manager feature allows our Achieve customers to add their organization’s tag management system to the pages of their Everfi microsite(s).
After administrators complete a simple setup, a banner prompting learners to opt in will appear across all microsites associated with your organization. Once a learner clicks I Accept, the tags are injected into the Everfi pages.
For Everfi content that is embedded, no banner will appear—tags will be injected automatically into the content.
Which Tag Management Systems are Supported?
Currently, we support Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ Tag Management, and Adobe Launch.
Everfi uses robust QA automation to ensure tag management code is included on landing pages, playlists, and the content player. However, due to the wide variety and rapid evolution of third-party analytics tools, Everfi cannot guarantee compatibility with all services enabled within your tag management application.
We recommend periodically reviewing your Everfi programs and courses to ensure that A/B tests, multivariate optimization, product tours, or similar services do not negatively impact the learner experience.
Note: Modifying Everfi content in any way is strictly prohibited. This recommendation acknowledges that tests or tours elsewhere in your online ecosystem may inadvertently affect your Everfi programs.
Because Everfi’s platform and courses are delivered as a SaaS offering, we cannot modify playlists or course pages to accommodate issues caused by third-party plugins or custom code included in your containers.
