The Top Sheet provides a high-level view of key metrics and trends from your Achieve program. Use it as a starting point to understand program activity, learner engagement, incentive qualifications, and content performance before exploring more detailed reporting.
Where to Find the Top Sheet
- In Foundry, select Insights, then Reports.
- Select Elective Learning Activity Summary.
- Select the Top Sheet tab.
- Use the available filters to customize the data displayed on the Top Sheet.
What You Can Answer With the Top Sheet
Use the Top Sheet to quickly explore questions such as:
- How many people are using my educational program?
Review Program Users to see how many registered and guest users are counted as visiting your program. - How much content are learners opening?
Review Activity Opens to see how many times learning activities have been loaded. - Which content is the most popular?
Use Top Playlists and Top Modules to identify your most-viewed playlists and most-opened content. - How many learners have qualified for an incentive?
Review Incentive Qualifications to see how many learners qualified by completing all content within an incentivized playlist. - How much time are learners spending learning?
Review Total Hours of Learning to see the cumulative time learners have spent in content. - How many learners are clicking from Custom Moments to my website?
Review Referrals to Your Site to see how many clicks Custom Moments have generated back to your website. - Which Custom Moments have the highest conversion rates?
Review Custom Moment Conversion to compare Custom Moments based on conversion rate. - Where is traffic to my program coming from?

Key Metrics on the Top Sheet
- Program Users: Total number of registered and guest users counted as visiting your program.
- Activity Opens: Total number of times users have loaded an activity.
- Incentive Qualifications: Number of users who qualified for an incentive by completing all content within an incentivized playlist.
- Total Hours of Learning: Sum of all users’ visit durations.
- Referrals to Your Site: Clicks generated from Custom Moments back to your website.
- Top Playlists: Most popular playlists based on percentage of total page views.
- Top Modules: Most popular content based on percentage of total opens.
- Custom Moment Conversion: Ranking of Custom Moments by conversion rate.
