Elective Learning Summary: Topsheet

Learn all about the Top Sheet view on the Elective Learning Activity Summary dashboard.

The Top Sheet is a tab view on the existing Elective Learning Activity Summary dashboard that provides a snapshot of the key metrics and trends for your NEXT Achieve program to help you measure the reach, engagement, impact, and value of your learning program. 

 

Sample of Questions you can answer from the top sheet:

  • How many people are using my educational program, and how does usership vary over time? 
  • Which channels are the most successful or unsuccessful in driving traffic to my program, and how can I optimize my marketing or outreach efforts? 
  • How engaged are my users with my learning content, and which content are they viewing the most or the least? 
  • How effective are my incentives in driving users to complete the learning content? 
  • How many hours of learning has my program provided for my community 
  • How well is my program doing as a content marketing tool, generating leads back to my website?  
  • Which Custom Moments are the most effective in generating clicks from my users, and which messages are the most persuasive or compelling to them? 
  • Which playlists are the most popular among my users, and which topics are the most relevant or appealing to them? 
  • Which content modules are the most popular among my users, and which topics are the most engaging or informative to them? 


Updated Metrics

Program Users: The total number of Program Users. A Program User record is created on a user’s initial visit to a program page. This includes registered and guest users. 

Activity Opens: The total number of Activity Opens. An Activity Open is counted each time a user loads an activity (content page) in the browser.  

Incentive Qualifications: The total number of users who have qualified for an incentive by completing all the content within an incentivized playlist. This metric only applies to customers who have activated incentives on their playlists. 

Total hours of learning: The total sum of duration of visits of all users. 

Referrals to your Site: How many clicks have been generated from Custom Moments in EverFi’s learning content back to the customer’s website. 

Top Playlists: Most popular playlists as calculated by percent of total page views. 

Top Modules: Most popular content as calculated by percent of total opens. 

Custom Moment Conversion: A ranking of Custom Moments conversion rates. Conversion rate is calculated by the number of users who clicked the custom moment links divided by the total number of users who viewed a custom moment. 

Traffic Sources: The main outside sources that bring visitors to your program.  Note that “Direct” traffic includes URLs that are typed or bookmarked, traffic from non- web-based documents like PDFs, URLs without tracking parameters, traffic from sources like social media direct messages, traffic from some email platforms, and users who are redirected between HTTP and HTTPS sites.
