The Top Sheet is your go-to resource for answering key questions about reach, engagement, impact, and value—without having to dig through multiple reports. As an admin, you’ll find the most important metrics and trends for your Achieve program, all in one place.

Where to Find the Top Sheet

• Access the Elective Learning Activity Summary dashboard from your admin portal or reporting center.
• Look for the “Top Sheet” tab at the top of the dashboard. This tab is designed to surface the most relevant metrics for quick review.
  
• Use built-in filters (such as date range, program, or activity) to customize the data displayed on the Top Sheet.

What You Can Answer With the Top Sheet

The Top Sheet is organized to help you quickly locate answers to questions like:

• How many people are using my educational program, and how does usership vary over time?
  → Check the “Program Users” metric for total users and use the date filter to see trends.

• Which channels are most successful in driving traffic to my program?
  → Review the “Elective Learning Traffic” tab for a breakdown of where your learners are coming from.

• How engaged are my users, and which content are they viewing the most or least?
  → Use “Activity Opens,” “Top Playlists,” and “Top Modules” to see which content is most popular.

• How effective are my incentives in driving users to complete learning content?
  → Look at “Incentive Qualifications” and “Incentives Completed” for completion rates.

• How many hours of learning has my program provided?
  → Find “Total Hours of Learning” for a sum of all user visit durations.

• How well is my program doing as a content marketing tool, generating leads back to my website?
  → “Referrals to Your Site” shows clicks generated from Custom Moments back to your website.

• Which Custom Moments are most effective in generating clicks?
  → “Custom Moment Conversion” ranks Custom Moments by conversion rate.

• Which playlists and modules are most popular and relevant?
  → “Top Playlists” and “Top Modules” display the most popular content by percent of total views/opens.
  
  

Key Metrics on the Top Sheet

• Program Users: Total number of users (registered and guest) who have visited your program.
• Activity Opens: Total number of times users have loaded an activity.
• Incentive Qualifications: Number of users who have qualified for incentives by completing all content in a playlist.
• Total Hours of Learning: Sum of all users’ visit durations.
• Referrals to Your Site: Clicks generated from Custom Moments back to your website.
• Top Playlists/Modules: Most popular playlists and content by percent of total views/opens.
  
• Custom Moment Conversion: Ranking of Custom Moments by conversion rate.
• Traffic Sources: Main sources bringing visitors to your program, including direct, referral, and tracked channels.
