How To Share Your Financial Education Program
Invite learners to explore your program using customizable email templates and deep links
Use the invitation workflow to share your financial education program with learners—either by sending a general program link or a deep link to a specific topic area (playlist or module).
Send a Program Invitation
- Go to Content > Programs from the left-hand dashboard.
- Click View Program next to the program you want to share.
- In the upper-right corner, open the Teams dropdown.
- Select the team you want to send the invitation on behalf of.
- Click Invite to Playlist/ Program to open the invitation template and send the program link.
Send a Playlist or Module Invitation
You can also send a deep link to a specific topic area, known as a playlist or module.
- From within a program view, review the available playlists and modules.
- Click the number of modules in a playlist to see its content.

- To send a specific module, click Invite to Module.

- Fill out the fields in the invitation template.
- Click Preview Invite in the bottom right to see how your email will appear to learners.
- If everything looks good, click Send Invite.
