User Report

This report shows a list of all user records with responses to custom registration questions.

Metric Definitions

Guest Users: People who have engaged with at least one learning module or calculator but did not create an account. 

Registered Users: People who have created an account using their email address or social media credentials (Google or Facebook) and engaged with a program.  

Download Options

Download the data as a CSV, Image or PDF by clicking the “Download” dropdown on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 

Understanding the Report

In Progress: User clicked into the learning activity but has not completed the activity.

Completed: User completed the learning activity after starting it. 

Unopened: User clicked into a playlist that the learning activity is hosted within, but did not click into the learning activity.

Blank: User did not click into a playlist that the learning activity is hosted within.

Custom Registration Questions: Will appear as separate columns within the report.
