User Report

Track learner activity, registration details, and engagement across your Achieve programs

What Is the User Report?

The User Report provides a comprehensive list of all users who have interacted with your Achieve program. It includes both registered and guest users and displays their engagement status, registration details, and responses to any custom registration questions.

This report is especially useful for admins and advisors who want to:

  • Monitor learner progress
  • Identify who has registered vs. who has not
  • Understand how learners are engaging with content
  • Export data for incentive fulfillment or internal reporting

How to Access the User Report

  1. Log into Foundry.
  2. Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select User Report from the list of available dashboards.

If you don’t see this report, contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm whether it’s enabled for your program.

What’s Included in the Report?

Each row in the report represents a unique user and includes:

  • First and Last Name (for registered users)
  • Username
  • Registration Date
  • User Type (Guest or Registered)
  • Engagement Status (In Progress, Completed, Unopened, or Blank)
  • Custom Registration Fields (if configured)

Metric Definitions

  • Guest Users: Learners who have engaged with at least one module or calculator but did not create an account. Their data is anonymous and limited.
  • Registered Users: Learners who created an account using an email address or social login (Google or Facebook) and engaged with a program. Their data is tied to identifiable information and can include custom registration responses.

Understanding Engagement Status

  • In Progress: The learner clicked into a learning activity but has not completed it.
  • Completed: The learner completed the activity after starting it.
  • Unopened: The learner clicked into a playlist but did not click into any learning activity.
  • Blank: The learner did not click into the playlist or any content within it.
