What Is the Qualified Incentive Users Report?

The Qualified Incentive Users report shows which learners have successfully completed all required activities in a playlist tied to an incentive campaign. This report is essential for tracking incentive eligibility and fulfillment.

To qualify for an incentive, a learner must:

  • Complete all activities in the associated playlist(s)
  • Finish the activities within the defined incentive period
  • Be a registered user (guest users are not included)

Learners must register to appear in this report. Registration ensures that their First Name, Last Name, and responses to any custom registration questions are captured.


How to Access the Report

  1. Log into Foundry.
  2. Navigate to Insights > Reports in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Qualified Incentive Users from the list of available reports.

If you don’t see this report, contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm whether your program has incentives enabled.


What’s Included in the Report?

Each row in the report represents a learner who has qualified for an incentive. The report includes:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Incentive Title
  • Playlist Name
  • Completion Date
  • Custom Registration Fields (if configured)

Filters and Sorting Options

You can filter or sort the report by:

  • Date Range
  • Program Name
  • Playlist Name
  • Diagnostic Name
  • Incentive Title
  • Team Manager
  • Sort Column / Sort Order

These filters help you narrow down results to specific campaigns, timeframes, or advisor teams.


Download Options

You can download the report in multiple formats:

  • CSV: For spreadsheet analysis or importing into other systems
  • PDF: For sharing with stakeholders or printing
  • Image: For presentations or visual summaries

To download:

  • Click the Download dropdown in the upper-right corner of the screen
  • Select your preferred format

Use Cases for Achieve Partners

  • Incentive Fulfillment: Use the report to identify learners who have earned a reward and export their contact details for prize distribution.
  • Campaign Performance: Analyze which playlists and programs are driving the most completions.
  • Advisor Reporting: Filter by team or advisor to see which learners are qualifying under each advisor’s outreach.
  • Custom Registration Insights: Use custom fields (e.g., branch, region, referral source) to segment and analyze qualified users.

Best Practices

  • Ensure your incentive campaigns have clear start and end dates.
  • Use invitation-based registration to tie learners to specific teams or advisors.
  • Encourage learners to register early—guest users will not appear in this report.
  • Combine this report with the User Report or Enrollments Tab to get a full picture of learner activity.
